The best wine tasting bistro in the Dallas-Ft Worth metroplex (in my humble opinion) is in Frisco (yes, I said Frisco) at the North-West corner of Legacy and 121.  This is right down the street from the huge, sprawling, busy Stonebriar complex.

Farpointe Cellar is the official name of this place - well, it's actually two places.  They have a regular retail wine store on the left, then there's an entrance to Cantina Loredo, then on the right is the Bistro.  The Bistro is the place I like to camp out...

Inside the Bistro are comfortable chairs, nice art, great lighting, wonderful countertop, and an esquisite staff ready to pour out samples of amazing wine and serve up incredible food.

Yeah, that line alone makes it seem like I'm trying too hard, huh?

Seriously, though - I'm "just" a customer - it's just that I like this place so much I want everyone to know about it and go check it out.  There are many reasons I love Farpointe.  The top 3 are:
